What vensight.ai collects, why, and who sees it. Last updated September 16, 2026.
This policy covers the vensight.ai website, run by Loanscape, Inc. (“Vensight”, “we”). The Vensight product itself, which lenders and vendors sign in to, has its own agreement and privacy terms provided with your account.
What we collect
When you book a demo, we collect what you type into the form: your name, work email, company, role, how many vendors you manage, what you use today, what you would like to see, and how you found us. Nothing else on the site asks for personal information.
Our hosting provider records standard server logs, including your IP address, browser type, the pages you request, and the time of the request. We use these to keep the site running and secure.
The site does not set advertising or analytics cookies and does not use tracking pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.
How we use it
- To reply to your demo request and schedule a call.
- To keep a record of the conversation in our customer relationship system so the person who follows up knows the context.
- To understand which channels bring people to Vensight, in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information and we do not share it with advertisers.
Who processes it
Demo requests are stored in Twenty, our CRM, and a copy is emailed to our team through Resend. The site is hosted on Vercel and its content is served from Sanity. Each of these providers processes data on our behalf under their own security commitments, in the United States.
How long we keep it
Demo request details stay in our CRM while we are in contact with you or your institution. If you ask us to delete them, we will, unless we need to keep a record for a legal reason.
Your choices
You can ask what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address on the contact page or reply to any email from our team. We answer within thirty days.
Changes
If this policy changes, we update the date at the top of this page. Material changes will be called out on the page itself.
